Autofilter

Use this advantageous tool to filter a database based on specific criteria.
To use this tool a database is needed (with headings for each field)
The following figure shows how this useful tool works.

Just select in any cell within the database and the click on the Autofilter button.
Each field name becomes a list box containing the Autofilter available options.
Perform Autofilter as you need in each database field to get the intended results.
